CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in date
will incur full charges.
Cancellations 14 - 21 days prior forfeit 100% of the
deposit
Cancellations 21 - 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the
deposit
Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of
the deposit.
NB: NO REFUNDS ON CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Check-In Times:
Mondays - Fridays 14.00 - 18.00hrs
For later Check-In please advise arrival time at least
1 day prior to Check-in.
Saturday & Sunday Check-In:
As our Office is closed on week-ends, Arrival Time MUST
be notified by Friday 14.00 hrs.
Confirmed Late Arrivals:
Please call me on 082 718 8267 when you at the gate
as the bell will disturb the other guests.
Payment Terms:
We Accept Credit Cards or payment via EFT or Overseas
Bank Transfer.
Please note that NO CHEQUES are accepted.
Credit Card used MUST be that of the Guest.

once or twice weekly, depending on client requirements.

Blouberg:
This unit is serviced before check-in
For stays longer than 7 days, the unit is serviced
once per week.
