Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to switch rooms unless booking
is 14 nights or more (Applies to Pinelands Only)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in date
will incur full charges.
Cancellations 14 - 21 days prior forfeit 100% of the
deposit
Cancellations 21 - 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the
deposit
Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25%
of the deposit.
NB: NO REFUNDS ON CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Check-In Times:
Mondays - Fridays 14.00 - 18.00hrs
For later Check-In please advise arrival time at least
1 day prior to Check-in.
Saturday & Sunday Check-In:
As our Office is closed on week-ends, Arrival Time
MUST be notified by Friday 14.00 hrs.
Confirmed Late Arrivals:
Please call me on 082 718 8267 when you at the gate
as the bell will disturb the other guests.
Payment Terms:
We Accept Credit Cards or payment via EFT or Overseas
Bank Transfer.
Please note that NO CHEQUES are accepted.
Credit Card used MUST be that of the Guest.
