We reserve the right to switch rooms unless booking
is 14 nights or more (Applies to Pinelands Only)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in date
will incur full charges.
Cancellations 14 - 21 days prior forfeit 100% of the
deposit
Cancellations 21 - 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the
deposit
Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25%
of the deposit.
No Refunds on any Peak Season/School Holidays/Long Week-ends/Special Events bookings.

As our Office is closed on week-ends, Arrival Time
MUST be notified by Friday 14.00 hrs.
Confirmed Late Arrivals:
Please call me on 082 718 8267 when you at the gate
as the bell will disturb the other guests.
Payment Methods:
On discounted rates: Payment must be via Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) only. Credit Cards are accepted on all normal rate bookings - please note that we do not refund on any credit card payments.
Proof of Identity + Copy of Credit Card must be presented at check-in.
Credit Card used MUST be that of the Guest.
