I stayed at Bradclin House
for two nights and these were one of those memorable moments in my life. Although
my two children had not come along as planned for these two days and the apartment
had been set for all of us. I did not miss them for these two nights.
I felt warm and secure and the environment was just perfect for a break.
This is one of the best holiday homes i have encoutered in my life. Just peferect
for one , two or even a family of four.

We spent a week at Bradclin
House and were very happy with both the accommodation and the excellent service
from our hosts, Judelle and James. Our flat was spacious, spotless and serene.
The sunroom and the lovely garden provided tranquil places to relax at the end
of a day's sightseeing. Judelle thoughtfully provides plenty of travel guides
in the flat to assist with holiday planning.
Judelle and James were
ever friendly and willing to assist with any queries and provide suggestions or
directions. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Our stay with them proved a delightful
introduction to Cape Town and South Africa.

After spending 2 weeks at the Bradclin
house in Pinelands,we would highly recommend staying there.The place was beautifully
decorated,spotlessly clean,and the garden & pool a quiet oasis.It was very
convenient for travel to all tourist sites & local shops & Judelle our
host was extremely helpful with arrangements &info.
All in all
we had a wonderful stay &hope to be back soon

While on a site visit to the nearby LEAP School that our nonprofit
organization (Teach with Africa) is supporting, we were fortunate to have found
this wonderful home-like environment.
There was nothing that was
too much trouble for these caring innkeepers, and we felt safely attended to during
our entire stay.
A warm experience all around!

What chaos! New house not
yet ready, old house already rented out, 2 small children and 3 days before an
overseas trip! Thank goodness Judy and James came to the rescue-we moved into
their self-catering unit and planned the moves and packing from there.
The kids had a ball with DSTV and a lovely comfy sleeper couch for two
and the parents could relax from the stress and not have to wash up was a great
help! We had a wonderful al fresco dinner in the garden and throughly enjoyed
our stay! Huge rooms and clean, comfy and homely.

Not a holiday but work, and I was fortunate
to have stayed with Judelle & James. It was like being back with my Mom at
home, my washing was done, the room was cleaned the bed made, due to my work hours
Judelle ensured that I had GR8 food to make, quick & easy, when I got home.
I then stayed at their Flat in Newlands, again the same treatment.
It was just so easy not having to worry about anything - I am so thankful for
the kind care and attention I received. It was a sad day for me when I had to
leave. I would definately advise all my friends and business associates to, sit
back & chill at Bradclin House

As a regular business traveller, hotels have become featureless and lacking
in that personal touch.
By contrast, Bradclin house provides a much
more comfortable feel, with hospitality when you need it, solitude when you don't.
The Suite is more like being at home, with plenty of space, even better though
as, every day, the rooms are cleaned and tidied, the fridge is stocked.

nach drei
Wochen traumhafter Südafrika-Reise waren die letzten beiden Nächte vor
unserer Heimreise im Bradclin House noch besonders schön. Es ist großzügig
gestaltet, sehr gut ausgestattet und ein wunderbarer Ort der Erholung.
Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

After a very long flight from the
states, we were warmly greeted at the gate by James and we knew immediately that
our stay at the Bradclin House was destined to be a great time. Having traveled
to S. Africa for our son's wedding, Judelle and James went out of their way to
make us feel welcomed.
Traveling with our other son and family(2
toddlers) we found our accomodations excellent. Having our own suite made it easy
for us to enjoy the family but have an escape when needed, perfect arrangements
for all of us. As owners of a Bed & Breakfast ourselves, we hope our guests
leave us as satisfied as we were with our stay at the Bradclin House.
